Morris Berkowitz

It is with deepest regret that we must inform our long term shareholders that Morris Berkowitz, a long time director of Lynch Corporation and Lynch Interactive Corporation, passed away on September 9, 2009.

Morris has served the Lynch Corporation and Lynch Interactive Corporation Boards of Directors in various capacities since 1987.

The wisdom and insights that Morris offered were always very much appreciated by Management and his fellow Directors. His sage advice will be sorely missed, as will his warmth, his humor and his sterling character.

We extend our deepest sympathy to Sally Berkowitz, Morris’ wife, and all the members of the Berkowitz family.
