LYNCH INTERACTIVE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL MEETING

RYE, New York, January 29, 2007, Lynch Interactive Corporation (Pink Sheets®: LICT) announced today the results of its annual meeting of shareholders. The meeting was held at the Greenwich Library, Greenwich Connecticut.

The two proposals made by the Board of Directors in the Proxy Statement were adopted by shareholder vote. First, a Board of five Directors was elected, comprised of Glenn J. Angiolillo, Alfred W. Fiore, Mario J. Gabelli, Salvatore Muoio and Gary L. Sugarman. Second, the shareholders approved the change of the corporation’s name from Lynch Interactive Corporation to LICT Corporation.

Company management noted that the corporation has appointed an investment banking firm to assist the company in evaluating the sale of selected assets.

Lynch Interactive, based in Rye, NY, is a diversified holding company engaged in telecommunications, cable TV and broadcasting, personal communications and related wireless services.
