LYNCH INTERACTIVE TO CHANGE NAME

Lynch Interactive Corporation (LICT.PK) announced today that, in accordance with the previous action of its Board of Directors and the vote of its stockholders, it has changed its name to LICT Corporation.

The name change will not affect in any way the validity or transferability of the shares of the Corporation’s stock which are currently outstanding. Nor is it necessary for shareholders to surrender their current stock certificates. Instead, when certificates are presented for transfer, new certificates bearing the name LICT Corporation will be issued.
