LICT Corporation Regains Its Former “LICT” Ticker Symbol

RYE, New York, July 18, 2007, Lynch Interactive Corporation (Pink Sheets®: LICT) aAt LICT Corporation’s request, NASDAQ has changed our stock symbol back to “LICT” effective July 16, 2007.

Previously, in mid-June, when NASDAQ implemented our name change to LICT from Lynch Interactive Corporation, NASDAQ had changed the LICT symbol to “LICC” pursuant to its existing policies on such changes.

In order to avoid any confusion of the investing public and for purposes of continuity, LICT requested that NASDAQ restore its prior stock symbol, and NASDAQ has done so. Thus, LICT Corporation is once again trading under the “LICT” symbol.

LICT Corporation is a holding company with subsidiaries in telecommunications and multimedia, and actively seeks acquisitions, principally in its existing business areas.
