Paul Patrick Woolard

On behalf of the Lynch Family of Companies, it is with deepest regrets that we must inform our long term associates that Paul Woolard, a long time director of Lynch Corporation, passed away on January 10, 2013.

Paul served on the Lynch Corporation Boards of Directors from 1968 to 1997.

In his 30 years of service to Lynch Corporation, Paul’s insights and contributions were always very much appreciated by the Management and his fellow Directors and his warmth, humor and sterling character are fondly remembered by all.

We extend our deepest sympathy to Ruth Farley Woolard, Paul’s wife, and the other members of the Woolard family.
