Based in Dorris, California, Cal-Ore is an RLEC serving theTulelake Basin along the California-Oregon border serving customers for more than 70 years. The company operates more than 400 miles of fiber optic cable that provides telephone, broadband and hosted business voice and data services to a rural, agriculturally oriented territory. A second brand, Cal-OreCommunications, serves southern Oregon with expanded data and hosted voice offerings.
Iowa · Wisconsin
Central Broadband has served rural communities in eastern Iowa and southwestern Wisconsin for 120+ years. The company serves the greater North Scott area in Iowa — including Eldridge, Long Grove, and McCausland — and Cuba City and Belmont in Wisconsin. Central Broadbrand owns and operates telephone and internet networks, enabling competitive pricing and direct infrastructure control.
Kansas
Headquartered in Holton, Kansas, JBN and Giant Communications together deliver fiber, broadband and voice services to residential and business customers across northeastern Kansas. Giant Communications operates as a competitive carrier with a fiber-forward network and JBN provides underlying transport and wholesale services. Both companies share management with Haviland Broadband under common LICT ownership.
Kansas
Serving south-central Kansas for 75+ years, Haviland Broadband is an RLEC with more than 3,000 subscribers and a growing fiber backbone. The company provides broadband, voice and business IT services across Kiowa County and surrounding rural communities, with network investments dating to 2004 that include fiber replacement of key distribution routes and on going fiber-to-the-premises expansion.
New Mexico
WNM Communications is an RLEC that serves over 15,000 square miles across southwestern New Mexico, including Silver City, Deming, Socorro and Las Cruces. Founded 50+ years ago, the company operates more than 750 miles of fiber optic infrastructure and is actively expanding broadband reach under a five-year plan to deliver minimum 100/20 Mbps to all customers, with USDA ReConnect funding supporting the buildout in Luna County.
Utah · Nevada
CentraCom is a fiber-forward RLEC that serves Sanpete, Sevier and surrounding counties in central Utah. The company operates under both the CentraCom and Manti brands, delivering fiber-to-the-home, IPTV, voice and business solutions across a multi-county service territory with active fiber expansion under way.
